Some 1L professors

Any opinions on Harvard's Joseph Singer (property), Warren (contracts), or Hay (civpro)?

I am in Joseph Singer's class right now in Property. He is a very nice guy, great section leader, and very accessible to student. I like his class and his approach to Property (very civil rights oriented), but many people think he is a monotonous lecturer and the material is dry. It is quite technical.

I've not had any of them, but have heard good things about Singer and Warren (haven't heard anything about Hay).
