Anyone have Powell for Property?

Due to an emergency I had to miss class today. I feel awful about missing class in the first week of school but there was nothing I could do. Hopefully it won't screw me up too bad as long as I bounce back and catch up with the material that I missed. If anyone here has Powell for Property could you please tell me what we went over and if he assigned any reading for next week? Thanks

sure, we spent the entire day on the Goddard case (we didn't even get to the fox case at all) the class centered on Occupancy vs. Accreation-----but nothing really new at all    I'll have to check on the reading as i don't have it in front of me now.
