Anyone use "Criminal Law: Cases and Materials" by Kaplan, Weisberg, pub. by Aspen?
I am having a tough time taking notes from it...there are no cases...only these philosophical excerpts that go on and on. I don't know what to take from that into the class discussions.
If anyone has used this text and has an idea, or a great supplement to accompany the book, please do share.
