How was orientation? Prof. CivPro kick anyone out for being unprepared?

no kicking out.

one poor kid showed up late, and Mr. Practice Court hardass made him stand for about 20 minutes, but other than that, not much.

ellie:
I just had lunch with a 3L today and she made me feel a lot better.  She said Prof CivPro plays hardass in class, but he's actually a really nice guy.  Also, if anyone else was worried about which books to drag to class like I was, she said just take what you had homework in, but ALWAYS have the Federal Rules of CivPro in CivPro.
