Emanuel Outlines and Casenote Canned Briefs
« on: August 18, 2005, 02:37:21 AM »
I've got Emanuel Outlines for Civil Procedure, and for Torts keyed to Prosser/Wade/Schwartz, 10th Edition. Both were purchased new last year and used gently. Each shows some edgewear, but are clean inside, other than the fact that I wrote my name in the Torts book.

For Casenotes briefs I've got Property keyed to Singer's Property Law: Rules, Policies and Practices, and Civ Pro keyed to Marcus, Redish, and Sherman. The Property was new last year, and shows some edgewear, but is otherwise clean inside. The Civ Pro is an older edition, published 2000, and I think was missing one case that we covered in class. It's got some writing inside, mostly on the first pages and not on the cases, and quite a bit of coffee stains; I bought it used and it came like this.
