Civil Procedure with Professor Crump?

Has anyone been able to buy the supplement for Crump's Civ Pro class? I purchased the main text book from the bookstore located behind the law center, and picked up the syllabus along with The Story of a Civil Suit from the copy center; however, his assignments reference a supplement.  Has anyone purchased this supplement? If so, where did you get it?

Haven't gotten it yet. checked the law school bookstore and the college bookstore, neither had supplements for his class. Bookstore in school said to check this week.

I emailed Professor Crump regarding my difficulty in locating a copy of his supplement.  He immediately replied and said that he called both of the bookstores on campus, and they told him that they did not order his supplement.  He said that he will have copies of the relevant materials in class for us to use on Monday and will let us know when we can get the supplement from the bookstores.
