Still need housing?

I've posted a couple times about this, and I promise this will be the last time.

I have a house in Squirrel Hill.  I just started moving in on Thursday.  I have one bedroom left to rent.  The house has a huge yard and new appliances.  There's a front porch and a back deck.

The bedroom that is still empty is small, but it is very cheap.  I am only asking $250 per month (plus utilities).  If you are on a budget, or just want to save a ton of money, let me know.
