I read an article today in the Wall Street Journal that discussed Title IX. Since 1972, when Title IX was passed, the number of women who attend law school has rose from 8,914 in 1971-72 to 65,701 in 2001-02. The number of men who attend law school has decreased from 85,554 in 1971-72 to 69,390 in 2001-02. I found this interesting, and thought I would share; I am bored.
So does that mean that there are ~44,000 people graduating each year from law school? Going to go look at the ABA site.
