I'll be a 1L at Pitt in the fall. I have a house in Squirrel Hill. There is one bedroom remaining that I'm trying to rent. The house is in a great neighborhood, and has a big fenced in yard (I have a dog).
The room I'm trying to rent is 7' X 8'. There's plenty of room for a bed and a dresser. I'm asking $250 per month.
