Toledo Transfers -- Is Toledo to Tier 1 possible?

Has anyone had any experiences transferring from the University of Toledo to a Tier 1/Top 10 school?  I am curious to know how helpful the school was and what problems you ran into during the process. Thanks for the replies in advance.

haha, Im toying with the idea also. I like Toledo, but it isnt a bad thing to have options.
