How do you become a closing attorney????????

Been researching Real Estate law and feel that I can perfect my craft by starting as a closing atty. This would introduce me to the field and allow me to get my feet wet relatively quickly. Question is, how do I accomplish this goal when I have no background in R. Estate law and the majority of job postings are seeking those w/ at least 3-5 years experience?

This summer I am working for a big real estate and title company in Dallas and I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but the people that do closings here are not attorneys.  We do have two attorneys that do closings but the overwhelming majority of those that close just took their real estate exam.
