Have any of you gotten any insight regarding the impact of the proposed changes to florida in state residency requirements?  I'm having trouble getting a straight answer and FSU gets expensive very quickly without 2 years of in state tuition....

please elaborate.
as i understand it, we get in-state for our second and third year as long as we live in FL for 12 months and can prove it.
