Property Sample Questions

Anyone have any suggestions for Property supplements that provide sample questions and answers?

Specifically on:

Land Transactions
Title Assurance
Servitudes
Zoning
Eminent Domain/Takings
Landlord-Tenant

The only book I can think of is the Examples and Explanations. Any ideas?

Please help, its getting down to the wire!

hey thanks, yeah, i dont know what my concerns are, thats the problem, I have my outline and know pretty much everything on it, but the whole land transaction, deed, mortgage thing, chain of title, etc. This stuff seems like its one thing to be able to define it, its another to be able to actually read an exam question and apply it, i dunno, im kinda freakin out cause i have spent all my time on con law (any con law questions i am ur man)but put property on the backburner, ya know. now i am realizing it.

I'm just the opposite.  I know my property (or at least think I do).

Yeah. I did that same thing a few weeks ago.  Just like 1L, you will do fine and you will remember stuff somehow.

I studied the hell out of covenants and servitudes and that was not on the exam.  He tested us on landlord-tenant, mortgages and zoning/takings.

The issues for property are not difficult to spot.  It is the subissues and exceptions that will set u apart.
