Con Law anybody?

Con Law anybody?

So...1000 concurring and dissenting supreme court opinions later here we are at Finals and I'm still not sure what at the hype is around the "trigger stage" of analysis.  Somebody give me a rational basis for this class b/c its not passing the strict scrutiny test.

How's everybody else finding it?

Well good luck to everybody taking the Con Law final.  Hopefully if anybody makes any major breakthroughs that would be beneficial for the final we can post them here, or at the very least hash out some issues.

I absolutely loved my ConLaw class, but it's probably only because I had a very, very interesting professor.
