LLM question

I'm interested in Real Esate Law.  How much do you think my getting an LLM in Real Property Development from UMiami will help my job prospects? I will graduate from UF Levin College of Law in 2008 and am considering UM's LLM program to bolster my credentials and knowledge of real estate law.

I realize this is a bit late, but have you ever looked into UF's dual degree programs? I believe they have one w/ the business school and they have programs in real estate.
