Apt for rent
« on: April 21, 2005, 09:24:49 PM »
I am a Duquesne law student with an apartment for rent.  2 bd, hardwood floors, working fireplace, antique oak mantle, equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, new carpet, central air, jacuzzi tub, large deck.  725.00 a month plus gas and electric.  10 minutes from campus in a historic neighborhood.

I'll be looking for apts early in June or the end of May.   Why are you leaving your apt.?   Sounds great.  Also read your post regarding desirable areas in Pitts to live.  I haven't visited yet.

Not leaving the apt- I'm the landlord.  I live on the 3rd floor and rent out the bottom 2 floors of my building.  Makes it easier to be in law school to have the extra income.
