Criminal Procedure Commercial Outlines

Criminal Procedure Commercial Outlines
« on: April 18, 2005, 05:28:41 PM »
Does anyone know of a commercial hornbook, outline, or study guide that has a common sensical explanation of 5th amendment issues in compelled productions from subpoenas or summons. I'm using the Kamisar Modern Crim Pro Casebook and my Prof. did alot on the historical progression from a privacy contents analysis under Boyd and Entick to Fischer and Hubbell. Unfortunately I wasnt paying any attention and the textbook is disjointed.

Thanks for the help people.

I really wish I could help, but so far my Crim Pro teacher has talked about nothing but the 4th Amendment--and we only have 2 more days of class left!  He will apparently talk about all things related to the 5th and 6th Amendments in that time--oh yes, I feel adequately prepared to be a lawyer  :P
