Seat deposit. dumb?: do you get it back?

I have to pay a seat deposit April 15th and again May 1st. I got a full-tuition scholarship, so I'm wondering- does your seat deposit go towards your tuition, do you get it back, or do they keep it?

This is an interesting question. I'd give them a call. Maybe you can just send a letter confirming your intention to enroll. Usually the deposit is applied toward your tuition. As you say, no tuition, so.... no deposit

Depends on the school. I got mine back after my scholarship posted to my financial aid account.

My scholarship covered tuition, not fees. These fees amounted to about 630.00 per year. My deposit money went into that pot.

My deposit also went to mandatory fees.
