Will a UK law degree + U.S LLM qualify me to take the GA bar exam?

I'm interested in taking the Georgia bar exam but not sure
if having an LLM from the U.S will qualify? Any ideas / answers
would be greatly appreciated.

I can't give you a definitive answer as to Georgia, but in Arizona where the requirement to sit the bar is for a law degree from an ABA accredited law school, the answer is yes. My wife had a UK law degree, and then studied for an LLM for that very reason. In the end, the law school gave her a year's credit for her UK degree, and credited the work she did towards her LLM as another year, so she was able to get a JD with just one more year of study (she was not allowed to get the LLM as well though!) She figured this was a better option, as competing against JDs with just an LLM can be a tough proposition.
