I attend a law school on the east coast and will be spending the summer in Rome through Loyola University Chicago. Anyone else going abroad this summer?

Can you bring your significant other with you when you study abroad?  If so, how does that affect housing?

Also, are you still in touch with any of the people that you studied in rome with?

I brought my husband, but my school is Catholic so I don't know if our program allows signifigant others.  We stayed in a convent in the Vatican City.  Same room, two beds, like Lucy and Desi.

Only two people on our trip were not from my school, so I knew everyone.
We saw Florence, Capri, Assisi and Pompei as part of our trip.

But part is that it was the easiest grade I earned in law school.  (And I actually liked learning about Roman Law).
