Which class is harder, Civil Procedure or Constititional Law?

I have to pick one for next semester.

Actually, correction, Property or Civil Procedure.

Practically speaking,  I would prefer to take Civ Pro first because, at least at my school, at lot of summer internships require that you have completed it.  But from a pure academic standpoint, I'd rather take Property first and get it out of the way.

I thought that Civ Pro was very easy, but I had a fantastic professor. I haven't taken Property yet. I get to try my luck with it next semester.

I am taking Civil Pro and Property both right now.  Civil Pro is lots of rules to remember and apply.  Property is lots of archaeic terms.  Once you get past the Rule of Perpetuities, property doesn't seem do bad.  I am really not having a problem with either, it is Evidence that is kicking my butt.

I agree it really does depend on the prof - that being said, I'd take civ pro first because it is the background course for all of the rest of the curriculum.  Even for property.
