It wouldn't surprise me to find there is something to it.  When I started college (before they invented air) they treated the syllabus as learning contracts.

Since Lewis ostensibly has proclaimed a syllabus to be a contract, and in light of the fact that no paper syllabus has yet been forthcoming for the remainder, then we can conclude that said contract is as good as the paper its ... oh, nevermind.

Who the heck is putting down that they learned a few things except how not to be a teacher? I can't believe she compared that to not seeing your graded tests. She is a terrible teacher. You don't treat papers the same way you treat tests. This is unconscionable. Oh, the evaluation. Sweet revenge for the masses!
