I just got back from my K exam.  I'm PT evening so I only have two.  One more left.  YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know this is a Contracts thread, but I just had Torts tonight, and coming from Prosser, it was a challenge!

Just so you know, please watch out for your time, because if your Torts exam is anything like mine, you can write forever, and half the battle (okay, maybe 20 percent of the battle) is time management!  Good luck all!

What are the odds?  My K final was today also.  It is a good feeling to be done with the course.  One down, three more to go!!!

torts exams are notorious for making you  :o

i hope all you 1ls give em hell
only people that really fail are the ones who fall to the "deer in the headlights" syndrome

I just had my Contracts exam yesterday (and had Torts last Tues)...just Criminal and Civ Pro to go...more nervous about Civ Pro than any other exam.  Contracts consisted of one long essay and 5 shorter essays.
Torts consisted of 3 long essays.
