I'm to the point now where I just want to get all of this over with!!!!!
I'm tired of having to worry about it.

I've been looking at Torts again too. It's amazing how much I knew that I (feel like) I don't know now. I wish it had been as scheduled!

Prof says don't be quick to give up on proving consideration because you can get more in damages than with promissory estoppel.
