Have you looked at the old exams from the library?  One is not so old.  It's the mid-term from last January.

because consideration is more important. it indicates "bargained for exchange"
I've been looking at Torts again too. It's amazing how much I knew that I (feel like) I don't know now. I wish it had been as scheduled!

Prof says don't be quick to give up on proving consideration because you can get more in damages than with promissory estoppel.

OK.  Now it's official.  I'm getting nervous about the exam.

I looked at the contracts mid-terms yesterday and got worried. I feel like there is so much I still don't know!
