THOROUGHLY explain Pevar.... :-\

P is for the plaintiff we all hope for
E is for the evidence divine
V is for the victory in the court room
A is for the appeals we'll win.
R is for the restitution we deserve.

As the redneck said when they asked him what he called the blind buck ---- I have no eye deer.

Now I know it's time to stop for the day.  I must have spent an hour looking at Pevar just yesterday.

Pevar explores UCC 2-207, one of Lewis' favorites.

UCC abolished the mirror image rule and modifications to contracts
also, applies Statute of Frauds.
Is there anything else? I was at Starbucks for 4 hours studying tonight until they kicked me out at 9:00.
I'm hoping for a C on this one.
Saw something interesting in an outline tonight...UCC considers basically everyone doing business or with professional knowledge of a product to be a merchant. I don't remember Lewis talking about that. Would a consultant be a merchant???????

When the general contractor should have been put on notice that the bid was a mistake (it was way too low in comparison to others) or when they knew it was a mistake.
