by performance.

When can a reward be claimed when the claimant did not know of the rewared until after they "earned" it?

Why is that exception allowed?

Two types of unconscionability:

Procedural - the forming of the contract

Substantive - the terms of the contract

What is the critical factor in determining procedural unconscionability?
