I don't think you will see any nursery rhymes on the test.  Maybe some defensless cats, but I don't remember any nursery rhymes.  I do seem to remember a question about I think it was plastic snakes and lizards in a mailbox, but that might have been on the final.

He already explained cats to us.  There are no torts against cats.

---------

A priest, a penquin and a rabbi walk into a bar.  The priest asks the others what they want to drink.

The penguin asks for a beer and the rabbi some wine.

Joe the part-time bartender and graduate zooolgy student serves them the drinks.

The continue to drink for several hours.  The penguin is totally plastered.  The priest is totally penitent.  The rabbi is reading the Torah.

They decide to leave and the penguin drives them away in the rabbi's car.

They hit a Baptist church and break a window.

What torts?

It was hard.  Some of the choices for answers seemed to come at the fact pattern sideways.  But the exam wasn't so hard that it can't be managed.  Now if I fail the exam, I'll have to retract those words.

Now you have to answer the penquin question.

Felt like I had taken the LSAT again, but with HIGHER STAKES!
Exhausted.......
Think I passed though.

Someone else said it was exhausting.  Not for me, but then I was exhausted when I started.

Exhausting was the consensus when we took it.  I have no idea about the penguin torts.  However, I do know that the religious affiliation of the rabbi and the priest are not admissible under evidence to enhance their character.
