This decision said that when punative damages are to be considered the trial should be bifurcated

A) Always
B) Never
C) Sometimes
D) Why do you ask?

I would say always? financial info cannot be brought up in the first phase

Tennessee law says that the trial will be bifurcated for punitive damages when requested by the defense.

degree.  the difference is a matter of degree.  the greater the interference the more likely it is conversion.


In defense of others, what does mistake do?

negates the defense, unlike other defenses.
