Practice exams... source?
« on: November 17, 2004, 09:31:01 AM »
Does anyone have a good online source where there are short (2 to 3 issues) practice exams? Also, any source for some multiple choice questions?

Thanks!

No... I had no starting point outside of google. I did a google search for examples, but most were from finals. I have long examples that I can use, but right now, I want short ones.

I don't remember exactly where I saw it, but many of the law school web sites had old exams online.

Here's Harvard's exam archive.  Some are long, some are short.

Our Civ Pro prof has prior exams (with answers) online at:

http://www.law.stetson.edu/faculty/finch/civpro1/

These are part multiple choice (answer and rationale given) and part essay (sample answer given).  The essays may be more involved than what you are looking for, though.

Hope this helps!

Yep, TOO MUCH is NOT ENOUGH....is it? I am about to stop looking for stuff and start doing.
I have so many "study aids" I could start a tutoring business!
But.....there is also some good Barbri stuff and bar prep (PMBR) has some short fact patterns.
Good luck to us all.......   8)
