As always, level headed soothing advice lawgirl.
If I ever get into a legal jam, I am calling YOU! Seriously, would you represent me in Tenn?
Please take the Tennessee bar!
What kind of law are you thinking of practicing?

Thanks!!! Believe me, I still get stressed. I had to revise my Con Law 2 outline and it was driving me nuts. I finlly got all the kinks out of it.

I don't know where I will end up or which bar I will take. I will definitely take it in my home state, but I was considering others as well.  Sure I'll represent you!! Hopefully you won't need it though  :o
I'm not sure what kind of law I want to practice yet. I love so many parts of it that it makes it hard to choose. Right now, my areas seem to be Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Torts (Med Mal and Products). I think I need to end up at a firm that handles everything. I think I'll need to be the attorney with the schizo practice: whatever seems to excite me at the moment.

what is a hornbook again?

A large single volume that introduces you to a subject of law, like torts or contracts.  It would be called a secondary source.
