I just don't get the big picture....I can't tie it all together.

First of all...get it together!  Calm down!  Perhaps try studying w/JeffJoe and bounce ideas and hypos around.  I'll email you my contracts outline if need be!  Then look around for old exams and model answers.  You are smart!  You can do it!

Thanks 1LWhit. You are always so positive. I took a practice test last night and REALLY bombed!
It's like I understand each case and the black letter law, but I can't really compare them...I will get my outline together by the end of this week. I think that will help tremendously, but I am still flipped.
And thanks Chuck for the reminder about the book, I had forgotten about that.

Get the practice test out of your mind. It would be normal to struggle on practice tests if you haven't completed your outlines and studied them by trying to understand the big picture.

First, finish your outline. Then, piece it out into sections and study it in sections. Study offer first, then study acceptance, and then study consideration. Then stop and don't go any further. Don't do any practice exams or multiple choice questions yet. Go back over all three again separately and then as a whole and see how they interact. Group your outline into sections: study the sections individually and then study them as a whole. It makes it easier if you piece sections out because then it doesn't seem so overwhelming. Once you have studied each section individually and then as a whole, and once you start to see how it all comes together, then start doing the practice exams. You should find a big difference.
