Law School and Small Practice...

I'm currently at Clemson Univ. and plan on going to law school next year.  If I"m just planning going into a small practice and not big law, does it really matter what law school I attend and my graduating rank? 

For instance, I know an attorney who went to a non-ABA school(One that doesn't even exist anymore) and he is in a 2 partner practice bringing in $150,000 a year.

Law school will give you the tools, but it is up to you, the individual, as to what kind of lawyer you will be.
