I interpret Tenn. R. Crim. P. 3,4, & 41 to mean Tennessee Rules of Criminal Procedure # 3, 4 and 41.

Yeah, it's for Thursday.  I found the rules in the criminal justice handbook.  It added up to about three pages of reading.  I have to read the statutes next.

I just caught a few minutes of Fox "News" on the TV in the break room.  A legal expert is explaining how the sentence phase of the Scott Peterson trial will work.  He said "in California" the jury weighs the aggravating factors against the mitigating factors.  I almost shouted at the TV.  "Hey, dumbee.  That's the way it works everywhere!"
