Anyone have any tried and true advice or suggested study aids for evidence?  It seems to be a morass of conflicting rules.

Try Aspen Publishing's "Evidence: Examples and Explanations" fifth edition. I thought it did a very good job of explaining things.

Thanks!  I have found the E&E books to be helpful in the past.  I will add this one to my collection!
