Perhaps it's time to change the name from Young Lawyers Division.

It's hard to think of a 49 year old as a young lawyer.

Good suggestion.  It should be the New Lawyers Division.

I joined the TBA this summer. Although I haven't attended any of the workshops, I have found the magazine and e-mailings to be helpful and informative. The price of student membership is a bargain! I recommend taking advantage of this opportunity.

It seems like a bargain, but they need to change that name.

I'll pass on the idea of a name change from Young Lawyers Division to New Lawyers Division!

Well, it does seem silly that a grandfather of eight with a white beard would be in the Young Lawyers Divison.
