It's very odd (hey, kinda like me) but all the simple contracts stuff blows my mind.
I understand SOF completely. I'M SERIOUS! Ask me anything.
I got the Gilbert's audiotapes and between listening to them and reading my commercial stuff before class I am prepared and actually don't panic when he assigns briefs.....

So how many in the great wide world of law schools has heard of the barren cow case?

Is this a great country or what?  where else would a cow make it to the state supreme court?

He is a typical law professor. I am sure we would encounter his ilk at a full time school...

He chewed Hogan out 2 weeks ago for running her class long and then forcing him to start late.  Last week she did the same thing but this time students started to leave at 8:25 so they could be back to start on time with Lewis.
