transfer questions and SBA

Guys,

I got a question. Can anyone tell me if your 1L extracurriculars can weigh in on xfer admissions. For example, all other things being equal- Does a xfer applicant who served on SBA senate stand a better chance than one with the same grades but no SBA service?
