Careers in Criminal Law? What are the options?

I enjoy Criminal Law. When I initially applied to school I was interested in Wills and Trusts....
quite a contrast, huh?
In my ignorance I don't really know what options there are in criminal law other than prosecution and defense....I just can't have a job that requires 80 hour weeks.
Can anyone enlighten me? Any suggestions?

I would guess that prosecution and defense pretty much covers it.
