I have no doubt that she'll be strict--I rather expect it.  I do hope she will be fair.  So far, I have no reason to think she will be otherwise, if my first returned assigments are any indication.  She didn't miss a thing--but I sure did.

Does anyone think Wednesday night's "interview" was a waste of time?  It was no fault of the student serving to be interviewed. I thought several of the questions were stupid, "Are you a Mormon?" or "Are you going to pay the firm a big retainer?". Several people want to complain about the course, yet they acted like silly freshmen, not like law school students.

On Monday someone asked the name of the VP and the age of the wife.

I had a difficult time getting anything out of the interview. The way I read the initial memo, we are supposed to determine if the agreement is a valid contract. There were few questions that addressed that issue. As for the comedians, Zanie's has open mike nights.

I feel confident of my ability to write concisely and clearly.  I'll follow her paradigm to the letter.  I suspect she will pay much attention to whether we follow the paradigm, although I don't think the word paradigm applies.

And no, Susan, you did not hold back.  I don't know that I blame you.
