So last night we talk about the Tennessee law that says a spouse has a duty to protect their spouse from the SDT that they contracted from their extra-marital affair.
Prof said in so many words that the law is unrealistic and makes itself irrelevant. And that's a bad thing.
But what else can the courts do? Can they rule that spouses don't have that duty? They should condone dishonesty in marriage?
