Did anyone notice me disappear on Thursday from torts class?  I got into the discussion so deep I forgot about the crimes exam coming up next and before I knew it the period was almost up.  That's the first time that has happened at law school for me.

And I can't even remember exactly what we were discussing, but I was totally engaged.

Johnson v Woman's Hospital is the case he will not discuss in class but we are still responsible for knowing the material.

Manning v Grimsley (one of last week's cases) is the same way.

He took out JOHNSON V WOMENS HOSPITAL!!!!!???  I can't beleive that.  That is like THE case on intentional infliction of emotional distress!

He didn't take anything out for Thursday night, I don't believe. I think he told my classmate to brief Johnson v Women's Hospital cause I was glad I didn't have to!

Maybe he built it in as a "catch up"? I haven't looked at it yet. I'm glad we only have one though! We have quite a few Crimes cases. BTW are you briefing them at length? I am just highlighting them. Seems he doesn't put too much emphasis on the details......
