Briefing cases on Westlaw
« on: September 16, 2004, 09:19:07 AM »
There is a "brief it" function you can choose. It is certainly not sufficient to form a brief to present in class but it does give you the important stuff and helps guide you through the case when you are reading it. It is a brief of the brief we need to have ready to present.
Just look for "brief it" and enter the citation. Email me if you have difficulty!

Thanks much--anything that will help streamline a little is very helpful!
