Torts followed by Contracts. However, I think Writing and Research is going to be graded pretty strictly! And Crimes, well, we'll know soon won't we?

Torts is NOT hard dude.  Contracts, yes.  What makes you think Legal Writing is going to be "graded strictly?"  I've found the professor to be completely inept, haven't you?

I'm glad you think Torts is not hard. Maybe you could send me a copy of your outline dude.
I think Intro will be graded "strictly" simply because she is inept. Anyone who would pass out that grading sheet has got waaaaay too much invested in this.
Contracts is easy.
Seriously, can I get a copy of your Torts outline....

I'm personally finding Contracts a little easier than Torts, because is seems Contracts is more "black-and-white" than Torts.  Of course, my opinion could change in the space of a week, depending on the cases we need to review.  I spend much more time on Torts briefs than I do Contracts, yet I think I'm understanding Contracts better.

Perhaps because contracts is statutory, although we are learning some common law.

I think contracts as a topic really is much easier than torts with all its grey area.  However, I think the way its being taught and the lack of a textbook, makes it much more daunting.  I think I probably want to invest in outlines or nutshell-type books for that class.

That's my plan, for both classes.  I understand nutshells make good review/study aids.  I've purchased the "Barcharts" and they are pretty handy in class even now.
