Well, what did we expect. I thought only judges on the State's Supreme Court could be called "Justice". Did you notice she referred to herself as "Chief Justice"---should've added executioner!
At least you get to work for the Byers. I've got to fight for Pieper. Don't have a clue how to do that. I mean, I'm on the losing side of this. Fighting it would be ripping off my client.
Anyone with a brain can see this is going to get remanded and a jury will find for the Byers.....

yes, but it is going to be extremely difficult to argue battery when then Supreme Court has said it was negligence......

Sorry. My heart is just not able to argue battery when my Torts prof (and Tn Sup Ct staff attorney) says it's negligence. Maybe he can help me argue.....
