Haven't even looked at it yet...have you read the inchoate crimes?
Solicitation, attempt, CONSPIRACY? He said these were his "favorite" crimes. I'll look at it tonight and get back to you.

Alright!  I'm confused (imagine that).  Wasn't our homework for tomorrow Assignment #6 (State v. Reeves, State v. Kimbrough, State v. Fowler).  I know he said "read Solicitation, Attempt, and Conspiracy".  Were we assigned the cases from #6 AND #7.

I'm confused....help!

He said he wanted to try to get through all the inchoate crimes.  That's what he told me when I talked to him afterwards.  I dunno.

I would know all the inchoate crimes stuff, especially the statutes!
He seems like he is moving pretty quickly through this stuff.
Wonder if the final will be "comprehensive"?

I expect the final to be comprehensive.  I don't know if that's because he said it or I just assume the worst.

I checked my notes.  The final is comprehensive.


So this week we get just four cases to read and brief.  Four of the longest opinions ever published.  boy, do these judges have a lot to say about the death penalty.

Did Judge Smith waive the cases due this week?  I've checked my notes and don't see anything.  However, I vaguely remember him saying "don't do them and we'll discuss the final".  Was I dreaming?

He said that we should scan the drug and prostitution statutes, and we might talk about Blakley v. Washington.

Afterwards, he told me that it will be a "soft lecture".
