Is it just me or did we not cover 80% of the cases since the midterm? I am starting to freak out about the exam. Matter of fact, I'm going to quit jerking around on this board and do some review!

I am going to really have to amp it up for Torts and Contracts if I hope to average out my legal writing grade. Sheesh..........That stuff is easy compared to jumping through her hoops!
