Judge Smith's wife is Elizabeth Owen; she used to be on Fox - consumer reporter but now, I believe, she is like the head of consumer affairs (national or state - i dont know).  Last year, he did not take off points for being unprepared...must be getting tips from Lewis.

In Contracts, when you are facing the front of the room, I am (unfortunately) tucked way up in the right hand corner.  Blonde, kind of thinning hair, but not real blonde.  Dark circles under the eyes and a glazed look.   

I'm the one who didn't know which case Lewis wanted me to brief, about two weeks ago.  I think Gruber had said he would and I announced that this would be just fine.  Think it pissed Lewis off a little.

Susan, what's this "outline" you keep talking about?

And Jeff, finish the penguin joke, please.

Yes, Judge Smith rocks!!  He is so funny and I'm really going to miss him after crimes is over with!  Does he teach any other classes?
