This was a long one, but I thought it was very interesting.
I had not distinquished premeditated and deliberate before.

Andrew does the real work.
So, I briefed this but I didn't include all the issues. Many of them seemed to be minor. I just wrote about the issue of first degree murder and deliberation.
What did you guys do?
