Some told me yesterday that Davidson's tests are not bad because they are straightforward and all the fact patterns match the cases covered in class.

okay - i have heard Davidson's exams are the ultimate death of a 1L but what about Dyke's exams?

Do you have Dykes?  I had her last year and liked her.  However, always remember she is a public defender.
